The terms of Use of Real Time Translations website are complementary to the Terms of Use of Wix.com.

For the purposes of clear understanding of the present Terms of Use, Real Time Translations is a customer of Wix.com, known as the “Client”, Wix.com shall be understood as the “Website Service Provider” and the website visitor, shall be understood as the “User”.

The Client, the Service Provider and the User, shall be known as the parties of these Terms of Use.

I) Definition

These terms of use shall govern the use of Real Time Translations website features, content and shall define the rights, responsibilities and behavior to be observed by the parties. These shall be added to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of the Service Provider.

The “website” shall refer to Real Time Translations website.

II) Data Collection, Use, Storage and Deletion

By using this website, the User understands and agrees that his data might be collected by Real Time Translations, Wix.com, and Wix partners (as stated in the Terms of Use of Wix.com), for the purposes of marketing, advertising, feedback collection and feedback publishing.

By using the website, the User agrees to the sharing of data related to the User’s device, IP address, location, name, address and email address, with Real Time Translations, Wix.com and third parties including data centers.

The data collected might be collected for a period of ten (10) years.

However, the User disposes of the right to request the deletion of his data with the appropriate data officers, namely, with Wix.com.

III) Rights and Responsibilities

Real Time Translations website is mainly governed by the Terms of Use of Wix.com. Nonetheless, as being a customer or client of Wix.com, Real Time Translations reserves itself the right to set up its own Terms of Use in which the visitors or website users agree to abide.
 

• Real Time Translations shall have the sole right to make, encode, or update its website without prior notice.

 

• Real Time Translations shall have the right to store any cookies agreed or accepted by the User, while the latter is accessing the website

 

• When exercising his right to refuse the setting up of cookies, the User understands that some features of the website may or may not function as intended.

 

• While using Real Time Translations website, the User understands that Real Translations and Wix.com shall not be held liable in the event of malfunction, whether partial or total of any of the website’s pages, or services (such as the online payment service or the website’s settings).

 

• The Right to Deletion of Cookies : The User disposes of the right to delete the cookies he previously accepted or set and may exercise his right to deletion of cookies at any time.

 

• The User disposes of the right to navigate on the website and to get in touch with Real Time Translations, provided that the User maintains a good behavior, and does not engage in harsh or foul language nor threatens any of Real Time Translations team while getting in touch with Real Time Translations or while exchanging communication or files with Real Time Translations.

 

• Furthermore, the website visitor or User agrees not to hack whether directly or indirectly, any or all content of Real Time Translations website, nor to alter, send spams, viruses, trojans, nor to engage in phishing activities, and or take any other action that are or could be detrimental to the device(s), reputation, finances, image or name of Real Time Translations or any other action(s) that are not related to the services offered by Real Time Translations.

 

• Real Time Translations reserves itself the right to send promotional and advertising content and or emails to the User pertaining to the services it offers.

 

• In case of unavailability on the date of a scheduled visiocall or online meeting, Real Time Translations reserves itself the right to cancel or to most likely postpone said meeting without prior notice. However, as a matter of curtesy, Real Time Translations may notify the User by email or other means of communication to inform him of the cancellation or postponement of said meeting.

 

• The User disposes of the right to navigate the website and to explore the services offered by Real Time Translations, provided that he agrees not to copy any or all of the website’s content or emails exchanged via Wix.com emailing system platform, whether partially or totally, and agrees not to engage in plagiarism for its own end nor for the ends of a third party. The User agrees not to engage in any plagiarism and illegal activity.

 

• While using the website, the User disposes of the right to issue payments whenever payment is required such as for the subscription of buying of a service offered by Real Time Translations, or such as to issue payments for additional content to be worked on.

 

• Real Time Translations reserves the right to request a review and to have the latter published. It also reserves itself the right to conduct a website survey to be answered by the website User. The nature of the feedback shall relate to the experience of Real Time Translations clients regarding the services rendered by the latter, or a feedback or survey made by the user regarding their experience using the website.

 

• Furthermore, whenever the User becomes a Real Time Translation client, Real Time Translations disposes of the right to use the name, location and professional position of the user or its client to publish a review / feedback on its website.
  In the event of need to publish a picture of the client on the feedback or review page of the website, Real Time Translations agrees to ask the permission from said client before the feedback or review publication can take place.

 

 

III)  Dispute and Governing Laws

The parties agree to use their best efforts to settle their dispute amicably. However, in the event where a dispute pertaining to a partial or total breach of these terms of use or pertaining to Wix.com’s Terms of Use goes unresolved, and or no compromise has been reached, the parties agree to have their dispute settled under a court in the Philippines.
