The Privacy Policy herewith governs the privacy and confidentiality of Real Time Translations (Website Owner) and the website visitor, known as the “User’’.
For the purposes of a better understanding of this privacy policy, the ‘’User’’ shall also refer, for some, as the clients of Real Time Translations that also visits the website, or message actively on Wix rented email inbox of Real Time Translations.
Both, Real Time Translations and the User shall be referred to as the (‘’parties’’).
The term “website’’ shall refer to Real Time Translations website.
I) Definition of Terms
Personal Information shall refer to the name, address, age, gender of the user. The data shall refer to all of the above, including the type of device used, the IP address, the location, the email addresses, the contacts, etc.
II) Confidentiality of Personal Information
By using the website, the User agrees to share his personal information with Real Time Translations, such as but not limited to : Wix and it’s partners, including third parties cookies providers as per the cookie settings chosen by the user.

III) Confidentiality of Content
By using Real Time Translations website, the User agrees not to steal, nor to copy whether partially or totally, any of the website’s or emails content, and agrees not to engage into website’s content plagiarism nor email plagiarism activities.
IV) Confidentiality of Financial Data
The parties agree, unless accepted and required by law, not to disclose any of all financial data to other third parties except when necessary such as in order to process payments, cancellations and refunds with intermediary financial institutions such as, but not limited to : banks, wire transfers institutions, online payment service providers or financial institutions such as Paypal, xoom etc.
Real Time Translations and its domain, its emailing and videocalling service provider Wix, shall not be held liable in case of data loss, whether it be personal data loss, including but not limited to email addresses, passwords, usernames, as well as financial data, such as the account holder’s name, the account number, the User’s card details, the User’s email address and password used to transact on Real Time Translations website or outside Real Time translations website for the account of Real Time Translations (or its owner), and or, when using third parties payment service providers such as, but not limited to Paypal, Capital One, Wise, or unless required by law.

V) Confidentiality of Exchanged Communications
Real Time Translations reserves itself, in exchange of payment, of the right to use Wix’s website builder and emailing platform service.
The User agrees to keep the written, electronic, whether vocal or visual such as visiocall, exchanges or meetings with Real Time Translations private, and shall, at no moment, share it with third parties including Real Time Translations competitors.
The parties agree to a non-sharing of communication exchanged policy unless disclosure is required by law.

VI) Confidentiality of the files exchanged
Real Time Translations shall have the right to send emails through Wix’s emailing system or any other emailing service provider or any other emailing management system software, and shall have the right to receive and to engage into emailing communication activities as well.
Real Time Translations agrees to use its best efforts whenever an attached file is received through Wix’s platform, or any other emailing service providers, or emailing systems softwares to keep said file or files confidential and private.
However, Real Time Translations reserves itself the right to request the User (or it’s own clients) to share partially or totally the files exchanged for portfolio, documentation purposes or sample viewing purposes, such as pictures of the files, screenshots of the before and after translation, localization or content creation or improvement work.

V) Data Use and Confidentiality of Data
Although Real Time Translations shall use its best efforts to keep the data of the User confidential, it cannot ensure a hundred percent of its confidentiality, security and privacy due to the big nature of the internet and its potential threats by third known or unknown parties.
It follows that Real Time Translations shall not be held responsible for any loss, transfer, corruption or sudden deletion of any or all User’s data or files.

VI) Cookies and Cookies Deletion
The website can sometimes require the use of different cookies to function properly.
By using the website, the user understands that he disposes of the right to refuse, to accept and or to choose the cookies of his choice.
By using its own cookie preference, whether before or while using the website, the User understands that the website or some of its features may or may not work as intended, based on the cookie choices or cookie preferences settings.
Deletion of cookies : The User shall dispose, at any time, whenever the website is fully functioning, of the right to edit and or to delete the cookies he or she set under his cookie preferences settings.

VII) Data Use, Sharing and Deletion
By using the website, the User understands and agrees that his data might be collected by Real Time Translations, Wix and Wix partners (as stated by the Terms of Service of Wix), for the purposes of marketing, advertising of Real Time Translation Services or the services offered by Wix Inc or its partners.
Furthermore, by using the website, the User agrees to the sharing of his data such as the data related to the User’s device, IP address, location, name, address, email address with Real Time Translations, Wix and third parties including data centers for the purposes of storage, processing, marketing, advertising, feedbacking and reviewing.
By using the website, the User accepts and understands that the data collected might be stored for a period of ten (10) years maximum.
However, the User shall dispose of the right to request the deletion of his data, whether it may be a partial or total deletion, with the appropriate data officer, most likely from Wix.com, as the technical side of data deletion by Real Time Translations might be difficult or limited.
VIII) Disputes and Governing Laws
In the event of disputes pertaining to any or all of the content of this privacy policy, the parties agree to settle their dispute amicably.
In the event of a failed amicable resolution of the dispute, the parties agree to settle their dispute in front of the courts of the Philippines.
