The following Terms of Service governs the services that the website User can enjoy, provided that the latter observes and abides to the Terms of Service of Real Time Translations and of the Terms of Service of Real Time Translations website domain service provider Wix.com.

 

I) Definition of Terms

The User shall refer to the person or entity using Real Time Translations website. The User may or may not be a client or former client of Real Time Translations.

The term ‘’website’’ shall refer to Real Time Translations website.

Real Time Translations shall be understood as the Client of Wix for having temporarily purchased the use of the latter’s services offered, such as website building, emailing platform system, the purchase of an email address, the purchase / renting of its own domain, and the use of online marketing tolls and analytics amongst others.

 

Real Time Translations shall also be understood as the service provider on the side of the user.

Real Time Translations, by ricochet, provides the following services : the access, the creation, the usage, the deletion of a User’s account and the availability of an online method of payment to purchase the translation, localization or improvement of content, the latter, which are the main services that it offers.

 

II) Content Ownership and Usage

By using Real Time Translations website, the User understands and agrees not to copy nor to reproduce any or all of the website’s content and that, nor to copy or reproduce the email’s content received and exchanged with Real Time Translations.

Furthermore, by using this website, the User agrees to practice respect, decency and understands that he shall not engage in vulgar conversations, or emailing exchanges, and agrees to maintain decorum at all times. The User agrees not to engage in any behavior that is, or could be, detrimental to the functional and financial aspect of Real Time Translations. This includes the functional aspects of Real Time Translations, such as the website access, the payment service, the services offered, the unethical behavior (theft of Real Time Translations clients and or Real Time Translations client’s data, whether it be for its own purposes or for the purposes of a third party), and agrees not to engage in the sending of viruses, Trojans, phishing activities, whether by email, text or calls. The user furthermore agrees not to engage into a behavior that could be detrimental to Real Time Translations image and reputation.

III) Infrigement and Content Ownership
 

By using the website, the User agrees that all content on Real Time Translations website is owned by Real Time Translations.
In the event of misuse or abuse of the rights to access, to use Real Time Translations, or misuse and abuse or tampering in the the online payment service offered by Real Time Translations or its partners such as Wix or the payment service provider, Real Time Translations shall have the right to remove, suspend, whether temporarily or permanently the access, the use of any of the services it granted to the User.

In the event of infringement of content ownership and in the event of misuse, abuse or tampering of the Real Time Translations website, or its partners such as Wix.com and the Service Payment Provider, Real Time Translation and the infringed party reserves itself the right to take legal action to resolve the dispute.

 

VI) Litigation and Governing Laws

 

The parties agree to engage into an amicable resolution of disputes to try to solve their dispute amicably.

However, in the event of failure to settle their dispute, the parties agree that their dispute pertaining to Real Translations Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or, for the clients of Real Time Translations, their contracts as well, be settled under the courts and laws of the Philippines.
